False Hope in the BIBLE

Vast numbers of Christian believers base their faith and the security of their salvation on words written on paper, their Bibles, dead words, but they do not know Jesus Christ. The words written in the Bible cannot save us, it is Jesus Christ who saves those who OBEY Him. Man will not live from bread alone but from every word that proceeds from the MOUTH of God.

If we have not heard from Jesus Christ Himself then those words do not apply to us. We cannot take words from the Bible and apply it to us and then believe that those words can save us, they cannot. Jesus Christ is ALIVE, He is GOD. We must HEAR FROM HIM and we must live to please Him, we must have a LIVING RELATIONSHIP with Him.

If we do not KNOW Jesus Christ and we do not HEAR from Him we have NO GUARANTEE, we have NO HOPE! We need to HEAR FROM JESUS, WORDS OF LIFE every day. We need to HEAR from Jesus Christ and FOLLOW and OBEY Him until the very end. If we do not know Jesus and He does not know us He will say to us:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.”

Do you HEAR from Jesus or do you just apply words written in the Bible to yourself? Is your hope in a Book or in the Living God, Jesus Christ? Do you KNOW Him for REAL?

Strive for PERFECTION

We have to strive for perfection in our walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, our relationship with Him. We must do everything in our power to make sure that nothing comes between us and Jesus. Jesus warned, He said:”Narrow is the Door and straight is the Gate that leads to life and FEW there be that find it. Many will try hard and not be able.” Jesus also said:”Be perfect as your father in heaven is PERFECT.”

In a marathon even some of the best athletes might stumble, fall and get disqualified. Therefor we must make sure that we run the race in such a way that we do not get disqualified and lose the prize. We cannot make it on our own. We cannot make it on our own interpretation of the Bible or our own zeal, or our own mind. We need Jesus, we need the Holy Spirit to help us, to guide us, every step of the way. Without Jesus we can do nothing.

We need to strive for perfection in our relationship with our Lord and Master. We need to ASK Him, SEEK Him, WAIT ON Him and He will guide us every step of the way. He is faithful, He will never leave us, nor forsake us but we have to be faithful in our walk with Him. We must strive for perfection.

A Fatal Relationship with the Bible

Most people who call themselves Christians have a fatal relationship with the Bible. They are continuously busy with the Bible, with scriptures, justifying themselves, proving their salvation, instead of LISTENING to the Holy Spirit. Jesus gave the Holy Spirit to convict the world of SIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUDGEMENT. He also gives his Holy Spirit in those who seek Him, who FOLLOW Him and who OBEY Him.

Your relationship with the Bible takes you AWAY from Jesus. If you are busy with the Bible, Bible study, scriptures, looking for verses that apply to your situation, looking for guidance, working out equations of salvation using certain scriptures, then you are not busy with Jesus Christ. You need to be LISTENING to the Holy Spirit, not studying the Bible, the writings of men.

Those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Those who occupy themselves with Jesus Christ, who are SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED to Him, LISTENING, FOLLOWING and OBEYING Him they are in the RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ. But those who ignore Him, who occupy themselves with their Bible are engaged in a FATAL RELATIONSHIP because they will stand before Jesus and He will say to them: “Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness,” because they were busy with their Bibles and not LISTENING to the Holy Spirit. They had no relationship with Jesus Christ Himself.

How is your relationship with Jesus? Are you following and OBEYING Him? Are you doing what is pleasing to Him? Are you receiving CONFIRMATION from Jesus that He Himself is pleased with you? Do you PRAY, LISTEN and WAIT on the Lord or do you just read your Bible? Get to know Jesus and follow Him or you will end up in damnation WITH YOUR BIBLE.

Reading Bible and Praying WILL NOT SAVE YOU

Reading your Bible every day and praying cannot save you. You need to DO what is written in your Bible. You need to OBEY Jesus Christ and live in close relationship with Him moment by moment. Many people live like the devil and every night diligently they read their Bible and they say a quick prayer, they ask forgiveness for the same sins every day and the next day they go back to living for themselves, for the lust of the flesh. They are exactly the same as the rest of the world but they believe that reading their Bible and praying every night is sufficient to get them into heaven. They are UTTERLY DECEIVED because they do not know Jesus Christ neither do they follow or OBEY Him.

You need to OBEY Jesus Christ, live in close relationship with Him, deny yourself every day, pick up your cross and follow Jesus Christ. DO as Jesus commanded as is also recorded in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

Jesus said:”Why do you call Me Lord, Lord and you do not what I say?” If you do not OBEY Jesus Christ, REPENT of sin, be baptized in water for the washing off of your sins and live in close relationship with Him MOMENT BY MOMENT until the end, then you will perish! Reading your Bible and reciting a prayer will not save you. Get to know Jesus for REAL, OBEY Him and SERVE Him or you will end up in hell.

Without a Bible

To most modern believers it is unthinkable to be without a Bible because the Bible has become the medium and vehicle of practicing their religion. You can go to heaven without a Bible but you cannot go into the Kingdom of God without Jesus Christ and without the Spirit of Christ IN you, guiding you. If you do not have Jesus Christ you are LOST.

Most believers are spiritually DEAD and DYSFUNCTIONAL, they operate on the level of the mind and the common sense. They have no spiritual connection with the living God. A body without spirit is DEAD. If you do not have the Spirit of Christ in you , you are SPIRITUALLY DEAD. Jesus gives His Holy Spirit in every person who seeks to follow Him.

Most believers have Bibles but very few have the Holy Spirit or follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Very few believers truly KNOW Jesus Christ and very few of them will enter the Kingdom of Heaven because most believers trust in their Bibles and they are not led by the Holy Spirit of God that He gives in those who seek Him.

Do you have the Spirit of God in you? Do you follow His guidance or do you just have a Bible?

How Fresh Is Your Testimony?

Many people testify of meeting Jesus Christ many years ago, of Him coming into their lives and how they changed but, what happened after that? If we do not have a FRESH TESTIMONY every day then we are not walking with Jesus.

Many people met Jesus years ago and then they believed they were saved but they never stayed with Him, they never followed Him. They believed that they had ARRIVED, they had SALVATION SECURITY but they have no relationship with Jesus Christ. If we do not experience Him every day, if we do not GO AFTER Him every day, if we do not LISTEN to Him, HEAR His VOICE, FOLLOW Him, LEARN from Him, be TAUGHT by Him EVERY DAY, then we are not with Him any more and we do not have a FRESH TESTIMONY, we are just deceiving ourselves.

How fresh is YOUR testimony? How REAL is your relationship with Jesus Christ?

Losing Contact

Many people once knew Jesus, they loved Him. They wanted to follow Him, they spent time praying, their thoughts were filled with Jesus Christ but then they grew cold. Many of them became religious, hypocrites and they got busy with other things, they went after selfish pursuits, seeking their own pleasure and the LOST CONTACT WITH JESUS.

If we do not STAY with Jesus, FOLLOW Him, get to know Him better every day and work on an everlasting, ever-enduring relationship with Jesus that will endure until eternity we WILL NOT SPEND ETERNITY WITH HIM. Jesus will say to many, who once loved Him and followed Him, who once KNEW Him, He will say to them:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness,” because they turned their back on Him, they LOST CONTACT.

Jesus will not leave us nor forsake us but if we lose contact with Jesus and go our own way we will spend eternity away from Him in damnation. Are you IN CONTACT with Jesus every moment or have you LOST CONTACT?

PRACTICE your relationship

Jesus Christ will become ALIVE and REAL to you if you practice your relationship with Him in the proper way. If you SERVE Jesus Christ as Lord and Master and you take Him seriously every moment of your life in every thought and in every decision then He will reveal Himself to you as real. But if you ignore Him and you treat Him as a convenience you will not know Him and He will say to you one day:”Go away I never knew you, you worker of wickedness.”

If you do not practice righteousness, holiness, obedience to Jesus, if you do not make yourself acutely aware of Him all the time then you will never know Him, But if you seek Him you will find Him, if you draw closer to him He will draw closer to you, If you PRAY and TRUST Him and WAIT on Him He will answer your prayers and He will give you UNDERSTANDING. You will KNOW all things and you will KNOW HIM as you have been known by Him.

It all depends on your relationship with the King.

Dead Religion

Most people who call themselves Christians do not even know Jesus Christ, they have no relationship with Him. They cannot even pray. They are conducting a form of religion that is DEAD, a form of godliness that denies Jesus Christ.

To follow Jesus Christ means to be in a moment by moment relationship with Him every moment of your life and when you die you step over from this life to eternity and you continue your relationship with Jesus. To many people Jesus will say on that day:”Go away I never knew you.” Do you have a relationship with Jesus, that will continue the day that you step over from this life?

Do you KNOW Jesus and does He know you? Or are you busy with a dead religion?

God is NEAR

God is NEAR, He is not nearer or closer to some people than to others. God is with us by His Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts ALL MEN ALL THE TIME of SIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUDGMENT but very few care to LISTEN.

Most people ignore God and that is why they perish. They live in sin and that is why they are separated from God. They refuse to LISTEN to the voice of God, the Holy Spirit, speaking IN THEM all the time. If you LISTEN your soul will LIVE. If you hearken, take notice, tune in to that voice of the Holy Spirit speaking IN YOU all the time, then YOU WILL LIVE.

Humble yourself before Jesus Christ, go on your knees right where you are and plead Him forgiveness for your sin and STOP SINNING! Then you will hear His voice more clearly. LISTEN when He speaks to you and you will LIVE. Be holy, be righteous, obey Him and you will LIVE IN HIS PRESENCE, you will be NEAR TO GOD as He is NEAR TO YOU.

Are you NEAR TO GOD as He is near to you or do you ignore Him and continue in selfishness and in sin. If you keep on resisting, ignoring and rejecting God you will perish and be separated from Him for eternity. Are you living CLOSE TO GOD?

A Perfect Relationship

Jesus Christ offers us the most perfect eternal relationship and He offers us eternal life IF we FOLLOW Him and OBEY Him. He will never leave us, He will never forsake us. He will supply in all our needs. He will guide us, He will teach us and He will be with us for eternity but we have to OBEY and FOLLOW Him every day.

How will we escape His wrath if we reject such a wonderful salvation?

An Abstract Relationship

Most people have an abstract, non-existent relationship with God. They follow an ideology, a picture in their mind that they have built up. They follow an image of Jesus Christ and of God that centers around THEM and THEIR DESIRES, that which THEY EXPECT, their expectations, their hopes. This picture has been built up in their imagination from what they have heard and from what they have read in the Bible but they do not know Jesus Christ, they do not know God. Their expectation is in their HOPE, their ideology but they do not hope in Jesus Christ, they do not KNOW Him.

If you have truly come to know Jesus then all that matters to you is Jesus Christ Himself, your relationship with Him, HEARING His voice, living in communion with Him, KNOWING that He is always pleased with you. Then your life IS Christ.

Do you have a REAL RELATIONSHIP with the Living God? Or do you believe in an ABSTRACT a PICTURE in your mind, that does not really exist? Get to know Jesus Christ, the Living God and you will have REAL LIFE.

Changed through EXPERIENCE

Education and training stimulates your intellect but it is EXPERIENCE that gives you true knowledge and insight and CHANGES you. You can read the Bible and study what other people have experienced as much as you like but it is only your experience with Jesus Christ that brings you to true UNDERSTANDING and knowledge of Christ.

If you do not have EXPERIENCE with Jesus, if you do not walk with Him, if you do not live on revelation from Him then you do not truly know Him and you are not transformed, you are not changed. It is only when you EXPERIECE Jesus Christ that you are TRANSFORMED, you are CHANGED INTO HIS LIKENESS through your relationship with Him, through your EXPERIENCE.

Are you experiencing Jesus Christ and are you being transformed into His likeness through your relationship with Him? If you have no EXPERIENCE with Jesus Christ then your religion and your faith is FAKE. How real is your relationship with Jesus. Do you experience Him every day?

God is with YOU

God is always with us. The problem is that most people are not with God, because of sin. Sin separates us from God and removes us from His presence. If we sin we have no relationship nor communion with God. We can only have a relationship and communion with God if we get rid of sin. We can only get rid of sin if we STOP SINNING and OBEY Jesus Christ, be BAPTIZED IN WATER for the washing off of our sins and then go on to OBEY Jesus Christ who will give His SPIRIT IN US through Whom we can be in relationship and communion with God.

Are you in communion with God? Are you WITH GOD or are you IN SIN? The soul that sins will perish. No sinners can come into the presence of God. We can only be WITH GOD if we get rid of our sin . Are you WITH GOD? Are you in communion with God? Or are you living IN SIN?

Walking With God

All men were made by God. Just like God is SPIRIT we are SPIRIT but we live in a physical body and therefor we have physical limitations. However, if we communicate with God in our spirit and we OBEY Him we come into union with Him, then we overcome our physical limitations because then we are led and guided by His SPIRIT.

If we trust in ourselves and we go after our own desires then we are limited by our physical limitations but if we live in communion with God then we are not limited because God is not limited by the physical nor by anything else. God created us to live in relationship with Him, to overcome the physical and to experience the spiritual, the supernatural, even that which cannot be seen by the natural eye.

The SPIRIT that God put into us, our spirit, cries out to God to be in union with Him but through our physical, our common sense, we suppress the spirit that God put in us and we never get to walk with God. We never get into that relationship with God where we WALK WITH GOD and EXPERIENCE HIS PRESENCE.

If we seek Him, we find Him. If we tune in to His SPIRIT then He will reveal Himself to us but we need to seek Him. We need to be constantly seeking God through our spirit and He will open our spiritual ears and spiritual eyes and IF WE OBEY HIM we will SEE HIS HAND IN THE PHYSICAL, in those things He makes happen in and through and around us.

Those who do not walk with God do not see God. Those who are PURE IN HEART THEY WILL SEE GOD and they will walk with God because they purify themselves and seek God Himself.

Are you walking with God? Or are you operating in the physical? Have you come to know God through Jesus Christ? Are you in that relationship with Him where He reveals Himself to you all the time?

No Fear No Worries

The whole world is living in fear, anxiety, uncertainty, uncertainty about tomorrow. It is because they do not have Jesus Christ. If you HAVE Jesus Christ AND you live in the right relationship with Him then you have NOTHING TO FEAR.

Jesus said:”Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the other things will be added unto you.” Do you HAVE Jesus Christ? Are you living in the right relationship with Him? And are you receiving confirmation from Him that He is pleased with you? If you do, you have nothing to fear.

LIVE RELATIONSHIP not DEAD RELIGION

Jesus Christ is Emmanuel, God with us. Jesus calls us to a relationship WITH Him where we FOLLOW HIM every day. LISTEN to His voice ad DO what He commands us to do. He promises us and INHERITANCE, the Kingdom of God, TO THOSE who endure WITH HIM, who stay WITH HIM until the very end, who love Him and who obey Him and who DO His will.

Most believers are practicing religion, a rule book, but they do not have a real relationship with Jesus Christ. They are not led by the Holy Spirit. Jesus gives His Holy Spirit in those who connect with Him, who repent from evil, who repent from sin, repent from their own ways and accept Him as Lord, who follow Him wherever He sends them, who OBEY His words, who are baptized in water and who SEEK HIM EVERY DAY, He GUIDES them by His Spirit. They are IN TUNE with Him, in spiritual union, they KNOW the MIND OF CHRIST because He SPEAKS TO THEM. Their relationship with Him is REAL, they FOLLOW Him.

Are YOU following Jesus Christ in a REAL RELATIONSHIP? Do you know Him? Do you LISTEN to His VOICE every day? Do you WAIT on Him? Do you live your life to please Him? Do you SEEK Him always? Or are you busy with RELIGION, quoting scriptures, playing church? Because then you don't know Jesus! Then you have no relationship with Him and He will say to you one day:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.” Because You did what YOU pleased. You were never in real relationship with Jesus. You could not do what was pleasing to Him because YOU DID NOT KNOW HIM and you did not follow Him. you did not seek Him and you did not seek to please Him. You were busy with yourself and your own religion, justifying yourself, doing what you please. What makes you think that Jesus will invite you into His kingdom?

Are you busy with religion or are you at UNITY with your Master? Are you in that close relationship, following Jesus and doing His will every day? Are you part of the kingdom of God?

True WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING

True wisdom and understanding is not gained from studies. We only gain true wisdom and understanding IF we live in CLOSE RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ and He reveals Himself to us and He Himself TEACHES us about ALL THINGS.

The apostle John was the closest to Jesus and he also wrote the gospel of John and the Epistles of John. We read in 1 John 5:20 :“And we know that the Son of God has come, and HE HAS GIVEN US UNDERSTANDING so that we can KNOW THE TRUE GOD. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ. HE IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD, AND HE IS ETERNAL LIFE.”

Have you gained UNDERSTANDING from your FELLOWSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST? Only those who follow Him closely, who LISTEN to Him and who are TAUGHT BY HIM, only they gain TRUE UNDERSTANDING.

Set the captives free

It is no use fighting darkness or cursing darkness because then you are darkness yourself! Many people wake up to the deception in church and then they look for the “right” church. They look for fellowship with people who truly love Jesus but they themselves don't have fellowship with Jesus.
It is only when YOU yourself come into the right relationship with Jesus Christ and walk with Him every day, that YOU can SEE THE LIGHT because then you WALK IN THE LIGHT. And then you can take others to the LIGHT because Jesus Christ Himself IS THE LIGHT.
Only Jesus sets us FREE. “Those whom the Son of God has set free will be FREE and FREE INDEED.” And we need to STAY WITH HIM to STAY FREE but people run back to some group or some church, they run back to bondage and back to darkness!
Freedom is only in Jesus Christ when you walk with Him, when you live in close relationship with Him, then He guides you because He IS the LIGHT and then YOU YOURSELF are the LIGHT OF THE WORLD because you take others to the LIGHT, to Jesus Christ, and when they follow Him then they WALK IN THE LIGHT and then they are free!
Are YOU free? Are YOU walking IN THE LIGHT? Do YOU follow Jesus Christ every day and do you take others TO Jesus Christ so that they can also be free?
