The Holy Spirit is not emotionalism, mass hysteria and feelings. It is the Spirit of God that brings man into the presence of God. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment. It makes people FEAR GOD and HATE SIN and want to be holy, like God is holy. The Holy Spirit is not in most churches today, neither is it in those people in those churches. If the Holy Spirit were in those churches, they themselves would be on their knees, crying out to God for mercy. And if the Holy Spirit were in them, they would be bringing other people to repentance and into the fear of God, into obedience to Jesus Christ. That is what the Holy Spirit does my friend.
