Are you faithful?

God is faithful. Every morning the sun rises and He makes His sun shine on all people, good and evil. God is good to everybody and He us faithful. He never changes. His goodness and His mercy never changes. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and for ever but He requires of us also that we be faithful.

Jesus said:”Whoever wishes to come after Me must deny himself every day, pick up his cross and come here, follow Me.” Are we faithful in following Jesus Christ. When we wake up in the morning, is our first thought about Jesus and about pleasing Him? Or are we unfaithful? Do we seek to live our lives in such a way as to please HIM, EVERY DAY, or are we unfaithful?

Only those who prove their love for Jesus by being FAITHFUL EVERY DAY, only they will have eternal life. Are you faithful to Jesus.

Too Many LOVERS Too Much L-O-V-E

A woman who has many lovers does not love any one of them, she only loves the pleasure of sin and that which she can benefit from them, that which she can have from them. She might say that she loves them but she doesn't, she loves herself, SHE IS A WHORE. That is how most Christians are. They say they love Jesus but they also love the world, they love the pleasures of the world and they GO AFTER THE PLEASURES of the world. They DO NOT LOVE JESUS – THEY LOVE PLEASURE! And they love SIN. That is why they never stop sinning.

They will never get to know Jesus because they are NOT INTERESTED in Him and that s why He will say to them one day:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness,” because when you go after sin and the pleasures of the flesh then you compromise yourself, and you are unfaithful, YOU ARE A WHORE, and you are unsuitable for the kingdom of heaven.

Do you REALLY love Jesus or do you have many lovers, do you love many things? And then you say that you also love Jesus? You cannot serve God and mammon, you will either love the one and despise the other! Whom do you love? Who are you really interested in? Who are you chasing after? Are you going after Jesus and do you seek to please Him? Or do you seek to please yourself?

Wakey Wakey!

The vast majority of Christian believers are fast asleep. Many of them believe that they have salvation security but MOST of them have no relationship with Jesus Christ whatsoever. Many know the Bible, others just belong to churches and they go fellowship with church people. Many have said a sinners prayer and now they believe that they have salvation and they are saved but they have no relationship with Jesus! They are living in sin and in unrighteousness but they believe that when they die they will go to heaven. They will perish!
It is only those who walk closely with Jesus, who LISTEN to HIS VOICE and who FOLLOW Him, who OBEY Him, who live in holiness and righteousness, it is only they who will have salvation. Jesus said:”My sheep LISTEN to MY VOICE and they FOLLOW ME.” Who do you LISTEN to and who do you follow? Do you follow Jesus Christ or your own mind, your own ambitions? Do you do what YOU like, what YOU feel like and what YOU please? Or do you listen to OTHER PEOPLE? Who are you following? Are you following Jesus Christ?
It is only those who deny themselves, pick up their cross and follow Jesus EVERY DAY, it is only they who will have eternal life. It is time to WAKE UP and follow Jesus.

How is your most vital relationship?

Salvation is a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He will accept us as His bride if WE COMPLY WITH HIS REQUIREMENTS. If we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Master, REPENT of sin, cleans ourselves of all unrighteousness, show fruit of repentance, are baptized in water then He will give us the baptism in the Holy Spirit as an engagement ring, as a token from Him of His acceptance. It is only if we ENDURE UNTIL THE END OF OUR LIVES and we remain FAITHFUL to Him, DOING what is pleasing to Him that we will have the eventual prize, our unification with Him, ETERNAL LIFE. But if we are unfaithful to Him and if we go back to sin, if we love the things of the world and we cheat on Jesus, we will GET CUT OFF, He will reject us because then we are not suitable as a bride for Christ. He is coming for a pure and clean bride. He will not accept a fornicating unfaithful bride. That is the relationship that you enter into, you attach yourself to Jesus Christ. He is faithful, He will not cheat on you but if we deny Him and we cheat on Him, He says He will certainly DENY US. You can believe that you are saved but if you do not have that confirmation of the Holy Spirit and constantly have that confirmation where He confirms to you that He is pleased with you then you are in danger of eternal hell. Jesus requires of us to be in that close relationship with Him where we are led by His Spirit all the time; where He guides us, teaches us, coaches us and prepares us to be a suitable bride. Are you in that close relationship with Jesus where you hear His voice, listen to Him, seek His approval all the time and where you keep yourself from sin, where you keep yourself holy and totally dedicated unto Him? Are you in that relationship? Are you that close to Jesus. If not, then you do not have hope of salvation. May Jesus bless you.

You will not get away with it

The reason that people keep on sinning and doing what they know is wrong, unrighteousness, is because they think that they can get away with it, they will not get caught out or nobody will stop them. The reason why Christians, believers, keep on sinning is because they think God has tolerance for sin. God does not tolerate any sin or disobedience. The wages of sin is death. No sinners, no immoral people, no liars, not the slightest sin will go into the kingdom of heaven. The wages of sin is death and all sinners will perish. God forgives our sin, He writes it off if we repent with remorse and we stop sinning but if we go back to sin we will perish. The apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 11:22 “Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, IF YOU CONTINUE IN HIS KINDNESS; OTHERWISE YOU ALSO WILL BE CUT OFF.“ He is talking about Israel, the nation that He saved from oppression in Egypt, He cut them off. He killed them all in the wilderness because they disobeyed Him. God will also cut us off if we do not continue in His kindness. He forgives our past sin if we repent and come to Him but if we continue in sin He will cut us off. The wages of sin is death. You might get away with it in this life, you might not get caught out. You might get accepted by society, it might even be legal to abort your baby, to be immoral, but with God you will not get away with it. You will perish! Behold His severity but also His kindness over those who love Him and who OBEY Him. Do not squander His mercy but OBEY Him and live. If you sin you will die, you will perish in hell. Faithfulness

Jesus requires of us that we be faithful to Him, that we deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him every day. Our mind must always be on Jesus, seeking to please Him. Very few people are faithful to their spouses. Some do not physically cheat on their spouse but in their mind they are fornicating, they are adulterating, they are desiring another person. They are adulterers, fornicators. Jesus said that if you look at a woman to desire her, you have already committed adultery in your heart. If we allow our mind to wonder away from Jesus and we desire the world and the things of the world then we are not faithful to Him and He regards us as adulterers. Are we faithful to Jesus? Is our mind always on the Lord? Are we always occupying ourselves with Jesus? Do we deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him? Are we faithful to Jesus? May Jesus bless you.
