Perfect happiness

Real happiness and fulfillment can only be found in the right relationship with Jesus Christ. People look for happiness in relationships, in achievement, in money and in many other things but in the end they are disappointed.

Only Jesus can fill that part in our lives. Only Jesus can give us real contentment and happiness. God has a plan for each of us in His kingdom and we can only be content, happy, satisfied if we live in close relationship with Jesus and we are DOING what He tells us to do, IF we are WORKING GOD'S PLAN, IF we are living in utter obedience to Jesus even though the whole world might be mad at us, might be rejecting us, persecuting us even killing us. Being in that close relationship with Jesus is all that matters.

This life is very short. Before you know it's over and then we will stand before Jesus Christ to be judged. He will reward every man according to his deeds, whether he walked in close relationship with Him and DID according to His plan, was led by His Spirit. You cannot find happiness in anything else but in that close relationship with Jesus Christ.

Finding Peace and Contentment

People will do anything to find fulfillment, contentment, to satisfy their desires and their lusts. They will do anything, they will work hard, they will steal, they will murder, they will risk their lives, they become part of the rat race chasing after pleasure and they never find it. In the end they are empty.

There is only one place of contentment and that is when we are in harmony with God, that is when we are in obedience and submission to Jesus Christ, DOING HIS WILL, OBEYING His words. Jesus invites us. He says:”Come to me all ye who are weary and I will give you rest for your soul.” You will not find rest and peace and contentment chasing after the things of this world, chasing after achievement and self fulfillment. In the end, it is empty and you are empty and you are left out in the cold.

Come to Jesus. Turn away from sin, wickedness, and seek Jesus Himself with all your power. Seek to be pleasing to Him and He will give you PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING even though the whole world around you is falling to pieces. Only Jesus can give you that peace.

Greener Pastures

The whole world is chasing after wind, being part of the rat race, seeking for greener pastures which they never find. But, those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God and He leads them to greener pastures.
The only One who can lead us and take us to green pastures where we find rest for our souls, is Jesus Christ Himself. His sheep LISTEN to His voice and they follow Him but if you want to be one of His sheep you have to deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Jesus every day. He will guide you to green pastures but He will also take you through the narrow places, He will take you through the shadow of death. You will be persecuted, you will be rejected by men, but in all these things Jesus will be with you and in the end He will guide you to greener pastures.
His sheep LISTEN to His voice and they follow Him and that is why He guides them. That is why they reach that place of rest. Are you following the Good Shepherd? Have you denied yourself  and are you picking up your cross every day and following Jesus? There is a way that seems right to man but the end of that road is destruction. Only Jesus Christ can guide us to that place of perfect rest, perfect peace and  perfect contentment when we SUBMIT TO Him and we SERVE HIM as Lord and Master.
