Trust in THE LORD

Jesus Christ is LORD, all power and all authority belongs to Him. Without Jesus we can do nothing. Many who profess to be Christians trust in other things, they don't trust in Jesus. Many trust in the Bible as though reciting scripture gives them some magical power. They trust in the scriptures, they trust in prophecies, they trust in what other people say but THEY DO NOT TRUST IN JESUS.

It is Jesus Himself, God Almighty, He IS LORD. He is the One whom we must trust. He is the ONE whom we must SEEK and FOLLOW and put our trust in, in Jesus ALONE.

Are you trusting in other things or do you trust in Jesus? Is your hope in HIM? Because Hope in Jesus will not disappoint.

Trust in Jesus. Fear HIM, OBEY Him and FOLLOW Him. Without Him we can do NOTHING.

Get a Life

The whole world is in a rat race, being controlled and manipulated by other people, being used and abused for their own advantage. Husbands and wives manipulate and control each other. Governments control their people. Churches manipulate and control their members, using the Bible. People are manipulated by peer pressure, convention. They don't want to feel “out” but they are not LIVING, they are not having A LIFE. They are being controlled.

The only way that you can have a LIFE, be FREE is if you follow and OBEY Jesus Christ. “Whomever the Son of God has set free, will be FREE and FREE indeed” IF they STAY with Jesus. If you fear what people think and what they will say then you are a SLAVE, you are in bondage, you don't have life! You can only have LIFE if you follow Jesus Christ and you obey Him. Only Jesus Christ can set you free. Fear Him, OBEY Him and you will have LIFE.

Do you have Jesus? Do you have A LIFE?

No HOPE No LIGHT No FUTURE

The world is living in FEAR, STRESS, ANXIETY and so are most believers also. It is because they do not have Jesus Christ. We are the LIGHT OF THE WORLD and Jesus said that if the light that is in you is darkness, how great is not the darkness. If we ourselves as children of God don't have HOPE, if we don't have a FUTURE, an EXPECTATION then we are DARKNESS and that is why the world is in darkness.

People are FEARFUL of everything, of the ANTICHRIST, they are living in ANXIETY, they are on PSYCHOLOGICAL DRUGS, they STRESS, they CANNOT SLEEP, they are on SLEEPING PILLS. Why is it? It is because of their SIN. They are being convicted by the Holy Spirit but they don't want to stop sinning, they don't want to change their ways, being convicted they are living in fear, anxiety, THEY ARE DARKNESS and they ARE in darkness.

Why is it DARK AROUND YOU and me? If we do not have any LIGHT IN US then we ourselves are darkness. It is no good cursing the darkness. You have got to light a candle, you yourself have got to BE LIGHT and not darkness. You have got to look at yourself and say:”Lord, do I have the LIGHT OF JESUS in me or am I also darkness?” If I am on prescription drugs, living in anxiety and in fear then the LIGHT OF CHRIST is not in me!

Many PROFESS to be Christians, they are full of doctrine and Bible knowledge and SLEEPING PILLS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, FEAR but they don't have LIGHT in them because they DON'T HAVE JESUS.

Are YOU light in this world, or are you darkness? Do you have Jesus?

The Road to FREEDOM

You can be free from the fear of death, from anxiety, tension and fear of other people, the daily drudgery of uncertainty in this world. Jesus Christ came to set the captives free but we only remain in that freedom as long as we STAY WITH Jesus and we OBEY Him, as long as we TRUST Him and FOLLOW His guidance.
God led the children of Israel out of Egypt, out of bondage and slavery, through the Red Sea but He took them into the Wilderness where nobody can survive. But because God was with them He made them survive. But they never learned to trust Him and therefor He struck them down, they perished in the wilderness because they never OBEYED Him and they never got to know His ways.
If you start following Jesus, He will guide you but you will have to FOLLOW Him into the WILDERNESS and you will only be SAFE as long as you stay WITH Him and IN Him, in obedience to Him, TRUSTING Him, OBEYING Him and FOLLOWING Him. That is the ONLY SAFE PLACE, is to BE WITH Jesus, to LISTEN to His voice and to FOLLOW Him. Then He guides you and He makes you FREE from bondage and from fear, and you have LIFE because you are WITH Jesus all the time; you are living in the presence of the living God.
Have you decided to FOLLOW Jesus? Are you going with Him EVERY STEP OF THE WAY? Are you remaining IN that FREEDOM with Jesus? Or have you strayed? Have you gone your own way? Are you following Jesus Christ and living under the shelter of His arms?

Freedom from bondage and fear

All men are captives, they are slaves to something even though they might think that they are free men. People live in fear of death, insecurities, anxiety, addictions... People are concerned about what other people think about them, peer pressure. What are other people going to say?

Jesus Christ came to set us free and those whom the Son of God have set free, they will be free and free indeed. But there is a condition to the freedom that Jesus gives us and that is THAT WE SERVE HIM AS LORD, we deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Jesus Christ every day. If we accept Jesus Christ as LORD then we do not care what other people think about us, any more. We do not worry about the things of the world. We do not worry about tomorrow or about our security, our safety, what we will eat, what we will drink, our future, because Jesus said:”Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you,” but that is the condition, that we must first seek the righteousness of Jesus Christ, His standard of righteousness. We must live in OBEDIENCE to Him and we must SERVE Him as KING. If we serve Jesus as Lord then we TRUST Him, that He guides our footsteps and nothing can happen to us that is not approved or allowed by Him. Jesus Christ determines our life IF we obey Him and if we live to please Him. And then He sets us absolutely free, we have nothing else to fear, whatsoever.

People don't want to be free, they prefer bondage because they trust in their own understanding and they want things THEIR WAY. They are not willing to pray from their heart:”Thy will be done, Thy kingdom come...” If we truly trust Jesus then we will pray the Lord's prayer with conviction, from the heart and say:”Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, here on earth as it is in heaven...” Then we will satisfy ourselves in the assurance that GOD IS IN CONTROL and we trust Him with our life, WE HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!

Fear Him

Most believers will tell you that they do not fear Jesus but that is where they make the biggest mistake ever, because Jesus warned, He said:”Do not fear him who can kill your body but after that he can do nothing, but fear Him who after he has killed has the power to throw into hell. That person is Jesus Christ Himself.

Jesus promised, He said:”Whoever denies Me in front of this wicked generation, I will certainly deny him also in front of My heavenly Father and the holy angels.” The One that we must fear above all is Jesus Christ because He is the final judge. He will decide who will enter the kingdom of heaven and who will be thrown into hell. All power and all authority belongs to Jesus, He is the FINAL JUDGE, and we will be judged by His words. If we disobey the words of Jesus WE ARE ALREADY JUDGED because Jesus said:”I did not come to condemn the world but to save the world, but the words that I spoke will judge you in the last day.” The words that Jesus spoke were recorded in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and we will be judged by those words. The Holy Spirit also reminds us of those words because the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment so nobody will have any excuse.

The one to fear is Jesus Christ, not peer pressure or the fear of rejection by the world, or the fear of losing your job, or the fear of losing your life. You must fear Jesus Christ because if you disobey Him and if you disown Him, if you deny Him, then He will certainly reject you and deny you also. Fear Him who has the power to, after He has killed, to throw you into hell. Fear Jesus Christ, He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He died for your sins but if you love your sins and continue in your sin YOU will die for your own sin, YOU WILL PERISH! JESUS HIMSELF WILL THEN CAST YOU INTO HELL. Fear HIM and obey HIM.

Your reactions

Jesus said that the branch in Him that does not bear good fruit will get cut off (John 15). If we do not remain IN Him we cannot bear good fruit. Jesus said:”Without ME you can do nothing.” Our actions and our reactions to how other people treat us or to things that happen to us in life, are determined by our relationship with Jesus. If we are close to Him and we receive our guidance from Him then we will react in the way that He directs us to react.

If we react according to our feelings, or our natural desires then we react according to the flesh and we cannot please Jesus and then our fruit will be bad. Our reactions depend on our closeness with Jesus. In all situations we need to pray and let the Holy Spirit determine our reactions. Then we will bear good fruit and DO what is pleasing to Him. It all depends on our relationship with Him, how close we are with Him.

Do we react according to our feelings, or do we say:”Lord, How would You want me to react in this situation?” Those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14). We need to control ourselves, control the flesh, submit to Jesus and react in the way that He shows us to react. We must DO what is pleasing to Him and then we will bear good fruit. It all depends on our relationship with Him.

How close are we with Jesus? Do we constantly seek Him? Are we constantly aware of Him and are we in everything seeking to be pleasing to Him? If we follow Jesus we no longer please ourselves or protect ourselves, preserve ourselves, but in all things we seek to be pleasing to Jesus alone.

FEAR!

Fear is a very good thing. it just depends on how we react to it. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. The fear of God makes men turn away form wickedness and it preserves their souls. Fools rush in where angels fear tread. Those who are wise FEAR GOD, they seek His ways and they OBEY Him.

One single sin can make you end up in hell. One single sin caused Adam to DIE. One single disobedience on our part, separates us from the presence of God. Jesus Christ requires of us UTTER OBEDIENCE. IF we disobey Him, that disobedience, that sin, comes between us and Him and that separates us from Him. If you die in that time that you have committed that willful sin and you have not repented, YOU WILL END UP IN HELL. Jesus Christ forgives our past sin if we REPENT of sin and we turn away from sin and we OBEY Him but if we continue willfully sinning then there is no more remedy and we are separated from Him by our own will. ONE SINGLE DISOBEDIENCE separates us form the presence of God and will cause us to end up in hell. FEAR GOD, OBEY HIM and LIVE.

People fear all kinds of things, they fear the Antichrist, they fear economic recession, they fear rejection, but they do not fear God. Jesus said:”Let Me tell you whom to fear. Do not fear him who can kill the body and afterwards he can do nothing, but fear Him whom after He has killed HAS THE POWER TO THROW INTO HELL,” that is Jesus Christ, FEAR HIM, OBEY HIM and you will LIVE. Disobey Him and you will certainly perish!

You are not alone

We are never alone. The one who made us in our mother's womb, has been with us all along, every moment. He jealously guard over us. He cares for us and He wants us to be in relationship with Him. He knows our doubts, our fears, our joys, our expectations but only He can make our lives complete. His name is Jesus Christ. He cares for you. He is right there with you and He just wants you to reach out to Him, He is ALIVE, He is SPIRIT and He wants to give LIFE to you. You are never alone, He has not deserted you. He watches over you day and night but He wants you to invite Him into your life and to live your life to please Him. He has a wonderful plan for your life in His kingdom but you need to submit to Him. You need to trust in Him, you need to seek Him all the time as He is seeking you. He will never reject you, He will never forsake you but if you keep on ignoring Him, rejecting Him, then there will come a day when He will reject you also. Jesus is calling YOU, He is right there with you. He is calling you to turn away from a senseless existence to a life with expectation, expectation of eternal life of eternity with Him. Do not keep on rejecting Him. Invite Him into your life and you will experience His presence always with you and then you will KNOW that you are not alone. You will KNOW that your Creator has not forsaken you. His name is Jesus Christ. Call on Him now. Seek Him and He will give you peace that passes all understanding. You will never be alone again. Has God left America?

It is a wonderful thing when a country displays on it's currency “IN GOD WE TRUST” but it is a terrible thing if believers in that country buy guns because they want to protect themselves and THEY do not trust in God, when believers attack you when you tell you to trust in God and not in medication; when believers start trusting more in themselves and their own abilities and in other things more than in God. This is what God said through the mouth of the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 17: 5” Thus says the LORD,“Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind And makes flesh his strength, And whose heart turns away from the LORD. 6“For he will be like a bush in the desert And will not see when prosperity comes, But will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, A land of salt without inhabitant. 7“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD And whose trust is the LORD. 8“For he will be like a tree planted by the water, That extends its roots by a stream And will not FEAR when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be ANXIOUS in a year of drought NOR CEASE TO YIELD FRUIT. 9“The heart is more deceitful than all else And is desperately sick; Who can understand it? 10“I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give to each man according to his ways, According to the results of his deeds.” These words were spoken to Judah and the wrath of God came on them because they turned away from God. This is what He said to them: Verse 3: “I will give over your wealth and all your treasures for booty, Your high places for sin throughout your borders. 4And you will, even of yourself, let go of your inheritance That I gave you; And I will make you serve your enemies In the land which you do not know; For you have kindled a fire in My anger Which will burn forever.” It is not the will of God that we perish. God looks after those who TRUST in Him, who OBEY Him. We read in Psalm 127:1,2. “1Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain. 2It is vain for you to rise up early, To retire late, To eat the bread of painful labors; For He gives to His beloved even in his sleep.” God has never changed but if we turn our back on God then He turns His back on us. If we profess to be children of God, then our trust must be in God. God knows how to look after those who trust Him and who fear Him but the hand of God is against the ungodly. Why do believers buy guns? Why do they trust more in medication, technology, their own devices than in God IF they truly believe in Him? If we trust more in guns, medication, technology, money, our own devices and if we love pleasure more than God then GOD TURNS HIS BACK ON US. Has God turned His back on America? May Jesus bless you

The Cause of Death

Ever so often the media reports studies that were done, new discoveries that were made of things that can cause your death, food that is not good for you, you shouldn't eat salt or meat etc. If you believe all those stories then there is hardly anything that you can eat, then everything is a threat to your heart or to your body or will make you die.

The truth is that in the end we will all die but it is not those things that determine your life or your death, IT IS GOD WHO DETERMINES YOUR LIFE. I have known many people who were physically absolutely peak fitness, health fanatics, only eating health food and they suddenly died, in the gym or while doing exercises and then I have known some people who were in bad health who lived very long.

My wife's mother lived with us for more than twenty years, she was born with a heart defect. Her heart beat was so weak that at times the doctor could not even find a pulse. He said she was too weak to operate on but granny lived with us, she ate meat and I gave her her own salt pot because everybody said she shouldn't eat salt. The Lord kept her alive. The doctors almost killer her a few times with wrong medication but in spite of that God kept her alive until Jesus called her home at a ripe old age. God determines our life. God keeps us alive as long as He wishes and whatever we need to know, He will tell us and He will teach us and He will guide us IF we ask Him. If we listen to the clever people we will perish.

God will keep us alive as long as we are useful for His kingdom, as long as we serve a purpose. On July 28, 1998 I was in good health but I had a heart attack and I died. As I was going down a deep black hole on my way to hell I pleaded with Jesus to let me come back and come and warn people to repent, to come and warn them that hell is real and God gave me a second chance to come and be useful for His kingdom. He made me understand that AS CHILDREN OF GOD, IF WE DO NOT BEAR FRUIT AND ARE NOT USEFUL FOR HIS KINGDOM, HE WILL CUT US OFF AND WE WILL GET BURNED, we will end up in hell. Even though I was a child of God, I was cut off and I was on my way to hell, I was not fulfilling my purpose as a child of God, I was living my life to please myself and not to promote and to build the kingdom of God. God will keep His children alive as long as they serve the kingdom of God.

It is not the will of God that any man perish but that all repent and have eternal life because if we do not repent, obey Jesus and live holy, we will perish. THE SOUL THAT SINS WILL DIE! Those who believe in Jesus and OBEY Him will never die. When they pass away they will move over from the physical to the spiritual but they will live. Those who disobey Jesus will perish, their souls will perish in eternal damnation, whether they were believers or unbelievers. If you refuse Jesus you will perish. The grace of God keeps us alive so that we can make peace with God, live godly lives, repent and get to know Jesus, obey Him and be fruitful. If in the end we refuse to turn, refuse to repent we are cut off and we are burned in eternal hell.

It is not the doctor, it is not the food you eat, it is God who determines your life. If you want eternal life you must obey Jesus. If you want to have life and life in abundance in this life you must obey Jesus. He said:”Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the other things will be added unto you.” Jesus Christ is the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE. Seek Him, OBEY Him and follow Him and you will have life. The wages of sin is death, it is sin that will cause us to perish .

The Free of the Land

Many people claim to be free, some claim to live in the land of the free.  They are not slaves to other people, but the same people live in constant fear and in anxiety. Some of them are addicted. The most severe addiction is the addiction to sin, because the wages of sin is death.  The soul that  sins will die, will spend eternity in hell.
The only One  who can make you free from the fear of DEATH is JESUS CHRIST because He came to take away the SINS of the world and whomever the Son of God has set free, will be free and will be free indeed.  If you SUBMIT yourself to Jesus, then He makes you free from the fear of DEATH, because He makes you free from the bondage of sin and if you obey Him, you have the HOPE of eternal life.  Many people believe they are saved but they are still in sin and they've still got fear, they've still got anxiety, because they are slaves of sin, and the threat of eternal death is still on them.
You can only be FREE, if you are free from sin and from the guilt of sin, that freedom comes from your relationship with Jesus.  If your relationship with Jesus is right, then you fear nothing. Because Jesus said:"Do not fear Him who can kill your body and after that he can do nothing but FEAR HIM, WHO AFTER HE HAS KILLED, has the POWER to THROW YOU INTO HELL."  Jesus gives eternal life to those who obey Him because they SIN NO MORE.  They live in UTTER HOLINESS and OBEDIENCE to HIM and they are the FREE of the land. Has Jesus set you free? Are you a servant of God, who is free from the bondage of sin?  Are you truly free?

Believers in darkness and despair

Jesus Christ is the Light of the world, He came to give us eternal life, but many people do not want the Light, they don't want Jesus and that is the condemnation. As Jesus also said and is written in John 3:19 “And this is the condemnation, that the Light has come into the world but men loved darkness more than Light because their deeds were evil.”

If we walk in the Light, if we follow Jesus Christ then He guides us into righteousness, into holiness and He guides us into eternal life because He tells us His will and we are never in darkness, we are never in anxiety or despair because we walk in the Light, because we are close to Jesus. But there are many believers who are in darkness, they are not walking in the Light, they are not following Jesus, they do not have the Holy Spirit that Jesus sent to guide them. Some have received the Holy Spirit but they are not listening to the Holy Spirit, they don't trust Him, they don't follow Him. Jesus said that if the light that is in you is darkness, how great is not the darkness? Dear friend, the Light in you, is it shining? Are you following the guidance of the Holy Spirit? Or are you also in despair and in anxiety, not knowing what to do, without guidance, without direction? There is only one way friend, and that is, follow Jesus Christ. Get on your knees and cry out to Him and He will guide you but you need to TRUST HIM above everything, and He will guide you. There is only one Light in this world and that is Jesus Christ. If we do not trust Him and follow Him then we are in darkness.

God Will Provide

We are living in uncertain times. Many people are fear riddled and some are panic stricken about things that are happening in the world. Christians expect the fulfillment of prophecy, the Antichrist, tribulation, famine, New World Order, mark of the beast, 666, war, unrest, persecution. Many are hoping for some escape, the rapture, to quickly save them and relieve their anxiety. Others flee the country.

The truth is: trouble is everywhere. You can run, but you can’t hide. “If there is calamity in the city, has not the Lord done it?” Amos 3:6. Everything happens by the power of God. Not even the devil can do anything if God does not allow him to do it.

God cares and provides for those who obey Him. Jesus told us to not be concerned about anything. He commanded: Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the other will be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33)
God is faithful and will not let us down.

Our problem is that few of us are interested in the kingdom of God, we are interested in ourselves. We are selfish, ask things for ourselves, are concerned about self preservation and not about the kingdom of God. If we are really children on God we shall be concerned about doing the works of Christ, testifying for Jesus, preaching the gospel, saving souls from hell.

Those who are concerned about the kingdom of God pray for the kingdom of God to be expanded, they are not concerned about self. If we are eager to bear fruit for Jesus He will make a way for us. We need not be concerned about the circumstances. Jesus lives in us by His Spirit and He will guide us when the trial happens.

Jesus said: “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19,20

Jesus will always be with us, the question is: Are you with Jesus, seeking His Kingdom and His righteousness?
