There is a road that seems right to man
but the end of that road leads to death. Jesus Christ alone is the
way and the truth and the life. All power and all authority belongs
to Him and He will decide who will have eternal life and who not.
Jesus Christ Himself came and He instructed us how we should live if
we want eternal life. If we do not OBEY His words we will not have
eternal life.
The words of Jesus were recorded by the
eye witnesses, they are written in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke
and John. If we want eternal life we must take those words seriously
because if we do not live according to those words we will not know
Jesus, we will not get to know Him. He said that:”He who has My
words and and who keeps them, is the one who loves Me, and I will
reveal Myself to him.”(John 14:21-23) If you have heard the words
of Jesus, if you have read them and you have taken them seriously and
you OBEY them then Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to you as real
and you will get to know Him. If you disregard His words, you will
never know Him and you will perish.
Many believers read the Bible but they
do not obey the words of Jesus, THEY WILL PERISH. He will say to many
religious people:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of
wickedness.” He will say that to them because they never OBEYED His
words, they never got to know Him, they never followed Him. Jesus
Christ alone is the way and the truth and the life. His words are the
words of eternal life to those who obey them.
Do you OBEY the words of Jesus? Have
you come to KNOW Him? His sheep LISTEN to His voice and they follow
Him. Are you one of His sheep? What will Jesus say to you if you
should die to day? Will He know you or will He refuse you? Get to
know Jesus TODAY and OBEY Him or you will perish.
