Don't let church take you to hell

Many people wrongly believe that their church membership and church attendance, their Bible knowledge, their preacher, those things, that they can give them eternal life, secure their eternal security. That is not true. You need to be born again, you need to become a child of God to have eternal life and to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Only Jesus Christ can give you the new birth. Only Jesus can give you eternal life through your REAL RELATIONSHIP with Him. Nothing and nobody else can help you but Jesus. YOUR CHURCH MEMBERSHIP HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS. Your Bible knowledge cannot help you to enter the kingdom of heaven, it is KNOWING JESUS and BEING KNOWN BY HIM.

Many people know the Bible like a history book. They can quote the verses and the chapters but they are not born again, they do not really know Jesus. Many people believe that they are born again because they have said some sinners prayer but they DON'T KNOW JESUS, they are not in a real relationship with Him. Jesus said:”My sheep LISTEN to My voice and they FOLLOW Me.” Jesus puts His Holy Spirit inside of a person who is born again and that person communicates with Jesus all the time. He HEARS from Jesus all the time. His sheep LISTEN to His voice and they follow Him and they DO what is pleasing to Him. They are led by His Spirit.

It's got nothing to do with your church membership, your church attendance or your Bible knowledge. It is whether you know Jesus and whether He knows you. Have you met Jesus Christ? Are you truly born again? Are you in a REAL relationship with Jesus? Or are you just a church member? Do you just know the Bible, or do you know Jesus of the Bible? Reading in the Bible how other people walked with Jesus, how they were led by the Holy Spirit, that should ENCOURAGE US to get into that same real relationship with Jesus, but if we ourselves do not get to know Jesus the way that they did then we don't know Him and we don't have salvation. Then we are LOST.

You need to get to know Jesus. Fall on your knees and cry out to Him. Say:”Lord, I want to know You PLEASE!” Repent of your sin. Say:”Lord, forgive all of my sins PLEASE!” Cry out to Him UNTIL He answers you. Cry out to Him UNTIL you know that God is REAL and that you have met Jesus. He will CHANGE you inside. He will wipe out your past sins, He will make you NEW INSIDE. He will make you a child of God, but you NEED TO MEET JESUS and you need to have a real relationship with Him. You need to follow Jesus, be led by His Spirit every day UNTIL the very end of your life.

You cannot go on sinning and be in a church, and know the Bible and quote verses and think that you are saved. NO man can help you. A preacher who has gone to Bible college for three years, does not know God, he knows about the church business, but he doesn't know Jesus. He cannot lead you to Jesus. You need to know Jesus. Don't trust people. Get to know Jesus! Get on your knees and cry out to Him UNTIL He answers you, until He fills you with His peace and you KNOW that you have met the living God and then keep on seeking Him. Keep on following Him until the end of your life.

If you don't know Jesus and He doesn't know you then He will say to you one day:”Go away I never knew you.” Do you know Jesus and does Jesus know you?
