No Fire

Many believers have lost their zeal for Jesus. There is no FIRE in their relationship with Him, their dedication to Him. That is a very dangerous place to be, as we read in the book of Revelation, the warning of Jesus to the church of Laodicea. Revelation 3:15‘ I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I would that you were cold or hot. 16‘ So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I WILL SPIT YOU OUT OF MY MOUTH. 17‘ Because you say, “I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, 18I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich, and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see. 19‘ Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; be zealous therefore, and repent. 20‘ Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me. 21‘ He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” If we are not on fire for Jesus we are in a very dangerous place, we are in danger of being spat out, being cut off and burned. Our deeds show whether we love Him or not. If you have lost your fire YOU NEED TO PRAY and SEEK JESUS. Ask Him to light a fire in you, a fire that will consume you, that will drive you, that will motivate you to do what is pleasing to Him, because if you do not have a fire for Jesus and if you do not bear fruit for His kingdom YOU WILL GET CUT OFF AND BURNED. Do you have a fire burning in you for the kingdom of God or are you in danger of being vomited out, in danger of being cut off and burned? Start praying, seek Jesus UNTIL HE LIGHTS THAT FIRE IN YOU.
