Abide IN Jesus - PRACTICE Righteousness

Jesus Christ is coming for those who ABIDE IN HIM, those who OBEY His words. We read in 1 John 2:28 “And now, little children, ABIDE IN HIM, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. 29If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who PRACTICES RIGHTEOUSNESS is born of Him.”We need to PRACTICE RIGHTEOUSNESS, we need to live in utter OBEDIENCE to the words of Jesus as also written in the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John). We read in 2 John 1:6 “And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.” Verse 9 “Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the TEACHING OF CHRIST, does not have God; the one who ABIDES IN THE TEACHING, he has both the Father and the Son. 10If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting; 11for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.” Many people preach a GRACE GOSPEL, that the grace of God tolerates sin. That is a doctrine of demons, that is from satan. With such a person, do not even eat, do not talk to him, do not associate with him because you are participating in his evil deeds because his deeds are evil. Our deeds show what we are. Our fruit show what tree we are. PEOPLE WHO KEEP ON SINNING DO NOT KNOW JESUS, they are not Christians, they are not followers of Christ , they are not born again, they are of satan. We read in 1 John 3:6 “6NO ONE WHO ABIDES IN HIM SINS; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him. 7Little children, let no one deceive you; the one who PRACTICES RIGHTEOUSNESS is righteous, just as He is righteous; 8the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning.” Verse 10 ”By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not PRACTICE RIGHTEOUSNESS is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.” If we do not PRACTICE RIGHTEOUSNESS we are not of God and we do not have salvation. We only ABIDE IN Christ IF we OBEY His teachings, His words (as also written in the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John), and then we will PRACTICE RIGHTEOUSNESS. May Jesus bless you.
