You can teach a sinner the right way
but he will not do it because he is a sinner. His nature is a nature
of sin. If you accept Jesus as your Lord, your Master, then He gives
you a new nature. You are born again! YOU ARE NOT A SINNER ANY MORE,
you don't want to sin, you hate sin, you love righteousness because
He has transformed you, He has made you new inside. If you still have
a desire for sin then you are not born again, then you haven't met
Jesus. You cannot be a child of God and still have a desire for sin.
We read in Hebrews 8:10-12 “FOR
THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE
WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AFTER
THOSE DAYS, SAYS
THE LORD: I WILL
PUT MY
LAWS INTO THEIR MINDS, AND I WILL
WRITE THEM UPON
THEIR HEARTS. AND I WILL
BE THEIR GOD, AND
THEY SHALL BE MY
PEOPLE.11“AND
THEY SHALL NOT TEACH EVERYONE HIS FELLOW
CITIZEN, AND
EVERYONE HIS BROTHER, SAYING,
‘KNOW
THE LORD,’ FOR ALL
SHALL KNOW ME, FROM THE
LEAST TO THE GREATEST OF THEM.12“FOR I WILL
BE MERCIFUL TO THEIR INIQUITIES, AND I WILL
REMEMBER THEIR SINS NO MORE.”
That is what happens when you meet
Jesus, He writes His laws in your heart and you KNOW Him and nobody
needs to teach you, you know what He wants because He has written it
in your heart and you just have to OBEY. You must be an obedient
child of God. If you have not been transformed inside so that you
WANT to do the will of God, you want to be pleasing to Jesus, then
you are NOT A CHILD OF GOD, THEN YOU DON'T KNOW HIM and then you need
to go on your knees and ask him to make you a child of God, give you
a new heart, so that you hate sin and that you seek the will of God.
What matters is that transformation inside of you that makes you a
child of God.
You are not what you used to be. You do
not fit into this world, you don't love the things of the world. You
only want to be pleasing to your heavenly Father. Have you been
transformed? Has Jesus come into your heart and given you a new heart
or ARE YOU STILL A SINNER?
