Spiritual Checkup

People are very concerned about their physical wellbeing and that is why they go for physical checkups with their doctor, but even more important than our physical wellbeing is our spiritual wellbeing. How is it going with your soul? Are you right with Jesus?
 The only One who can tell you, your situation with Jesus is Jesus Himself. Does His Holy Spirit live in you and do you communicate with Him? Do you receive feedback from Him? How is your relationship with Jesus? If you don’t know Him, then you are spiritually dead but if you have accepted Jesus, have repented and you have been baptized in water and you have asked Him for the Holy Spirit to live in you, then you can have the indwelling Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, in you that constantly tells you what your relationship is with Jesus, what your spiritual wellbeing is. We cannot just ASSUME, we cannot just BELIEVE everything is okay. We need to KNOW for sure. We need to have a SPIRITUAL CHECKUP all the time.
 We can have that checkup. All we need to do is to PRAY and ask the Lord Jesus and say:"Lord are You pleased with me? Is there anything in my life that is not pleasing to Thee? Please show me!" and He will show you. Friend, do not assume because many people assume and Jesus said He will say to MANY people who THOUGHT that they were saved, He will say to them: "GO AWAY, I NEVER KNEW YOU, YOU WHO WORK UNRIGHTEOUSNESS." Those people never had a real relationship with Jesus. Many of them are preachers. Many of them know the Bible well. Some of them have been baptized in the Holy Spirit but they are NOT PRACTISING their relationship with Jesus.
When last have you had a spiritual checkup? Go on your knees and ask Jesus right now and He will let you know whether He is pleased with you or not.
